Return and Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount
  • Accessories or promotional items
  • Gift card.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at hello@boeiz.com  with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.
  • Return Shipping:  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the item shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6.  Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
