  • Shipping Fees: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above 150  AED. Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
  • Responsibility: Once an order is handed over to the courier, Boeiz FZE is not responsible for any loss or delay in delivery due to third-party shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
